McArthurGlen Designer Outlet is a large open-air retail village adjacent to Vancouver International Airport in Richmond. Matson Peck & Topliss and MPT Engineering supported the development with survey and civil engineering services.

A multi-building retail development on an airport-adjacent site required careful coordination of survey control, site servicing and construction layout across a large footprint.
