This mixed-use development in historic Steveston pairs a Save-On-Foods grocery at grade with residential strata above. Matson Peck & Topliss provided land surveying services from existing-conditions survey through the strata plan.

Combining retail and residential ownership in one building — within Steveston’s tight village fabric — required precise legal definition of the parcels and careful construction layout.
