The Wilkinson development, located in Vancouver at West 1^st and Cook Street, is a mixed-use residential development comprising a six-storey residential building atop a podium and underground parkade, totalling over 100 residential units.  The total gross floor area exceeds 120,000 square feet, with the ground floor providing commercial and retail space along the West 1^st frontage.

MPT Engineering provided civil engineering services including conceptual design input for stormwater analysis requirements and detailed design of roadway infrastructure and site service connections.  Improved bicycle and pedestrian facilities were provided along both road frontages.  Rainwater management measures were included along Cook Street with the inclusion of an infiltration rain garden, targeting reduced rainfall runoff to the storm sewer drainage system.
