The Paramount development, located within the City Center of Richmond, BC, just beyond the final Canada Line stop is comprised of three residential buildings and one office building atop of an underground and above-ground parkade.  The three residential buildings provide over 560 market-residential homes and 27 non-market homes. 

MPT Engineering, as the prime consultant for the Offsite Servicing Agreement works, provided expertise is design and coordination from conceptualizing the projects early stages, to detailed design and construction.  Primary development requirements included above ground works, primarily road widening to facilitate off street bike paths, and sidewalk improvements, and underground works including a deep Sanitary Sewer extension, and drainage modifications.
