One Park

The One Park development, located within the City Center of Richmond, BC, is comprised of 3 towers totalling 354 residential units. The tower includes 32,000 square feet of podium space, 64,000 square feet of office space and 44,000 square feet of retail space.

Significant offsite services were required as a development requirement, including road widening and modifications for pedestrian and bus facilities, street lighting improvements along all frontages and significant underground utility improvements, totalling over 1,000 meters of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main design and installation.

Consideration to pedestrian activity was required resulting from the increased density of the surrounding area. Intersections were reviewed for safety and functionality, line painting and signage improvements were implemented, and additional crossing were added for safe pedestrian movement. The intersections along Park Road at Buswell and No. 3 Road, include special thermoplastic paving (Traffic Pattern ‘XD’) as enhanced treatment for the Richmond City Center.
