
One Pacific
The One Pacific development, located in downtown Vancouver adjacent to BC Place, is a high-density residential development comprised of two residential towers rising approximately 36 and 39 storeys, atop a multi-level podium and underground parkade. The development totals over 700 residential units. Ground-level and podium floors accommodate residential amenities, limited commercial uses, and parking facilities, contributing to the surrounding mixed-use urban neighbourhood.
Civil engineering requirements included watermain and storm sewer extensions along Smithe Street totalling over 300m, and notably the roadway extension to Smite Street, terminating with a roundabout for facilitating new access to the development. Further frontage improvements along Pacific Boulevard were additionally required, notably the extension of the sidewalk and landscape improvements.
