The Luxe development, located in Landsdowne Richmond along No. 3 Road and Landsdowne Road, is comprised of 4 towers, atop two levels of underground parkade, totalling 363 residential units. Ground level floors, totalling over 33,000 square feet include commercial and retail space and a significant community contribution, providing a mixed-use community center.

MPT Engineering provided civil engineering services including design and construction of the Service Agreement works scope, which included improved pedestrian and bus facilities, improvements to existing road infrastructure, and significant underground utility improvements, totalling over 680 meters of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water main design and installation. An extensive private utility (Hydro, Rogers, Telus and Gas) scope was required to service the development which MPT facilitated the coordination, review and implementation of, in coordination with the respective private utility companies.
