The Avenue One development, located just west of Olympic Village in Vancouver at the intersection of 2^nd Avenue and Columbia Street, comprises 247 market residential units. Situated on an atypically shaped lot, the development utilized a unique curved design, enhancing the waterfront view of river fronting residents.

MPT Engineering provided civil engineering services including conceptual design input for stormwater analysis requirements and detailed design of roadway infrastructure and site service connections.  Road widening was undertaken for the inclusion of a new on road bicycle facility along West 1^st and additional parking along Cook Street.
